According to reports, Jasmine Wiltz , the cocktail waitress hit Lindsay Lohan in the early hours of friday morning, has denied striking the actress.
"All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional," Waltz said in a statement to Access Hollywood.
"I didn't hit her, but i'd like to," added Waltz.
Lohan Tweeted, "A waitress just hit me." She added "She punched me for no reason."But she didn't mention the name of the waitress.
It was at the start of Lohans birthday and July 4th weekend- which will not be fullfilled with partying.
"I mean there's not much you can do with a monitoring bracelet and no money," the source reportedly said.
